Process

We approached the site with care, knowing the brand already had a strong voice and loyal following. Rather than starting from scratch, we focused on refining the customer journey. The homepage was restructured to bring clarity and trust to the forefront. Product pages became mini experiences, guiding visitors through flavour notes, origin stories, brewing tips, and social proof — all while keeping the buying process smooth, especially on mobile. We made the subscription flow intuitive and inviting, rewriting the messaging to highlight real benefits and making it feel like a natural choice. To build long-term trust, we created “The Science of Coffee” — a page that explained roasting, flavour profiles, and sourcing in an accessible way. It deepened credibility and boosted organic traffic. Throughout, we stayed rooted in what mattered: elevating the experience without losing the heart of the brand.

Results
