01
Your Shopify site
You want your DTC site to be your most profitable channel. Right now, you're protecting margin everywhere except the one place you own.
02
Your Ad Spend
You want to scale ad spend with confidence. Right now, your CAC is unsustainable and your conversion rate is holding you back.
03
Your Customers
You want customers to land and know this brand was made for them. Right now, you're one of 10 brands they're comparing.
04
Your Brand
You want to be the brand others benchmark against. Right now, your website looks half as good as brands with half your product quality.
05
Your Partnerships
You want to send your URL to a dream retailer without hesitating. Right now, your digital presence doesn’t match their standards.
06
Your Launches
You want a launch to feel like an event. Right now you're pushing live with no waitlist and hoping.

You're not against spending ads
You're against spending on ads that land on a website you already know isn't ready. You've watched the CAC increase, seen the drop-off data, and done the maths yourself. The creative isn't the problem; the site is. And every week you wait to fix it is another week your ad costs add up.
The Full Vision exists in your head
The positioning, the tone of voice, the story, the customer you're actually building this for, it all exists in your head in perfect detail. The problem is, the homepage and product page feel generic, and you're policing every campaign your team runs to make sure nothing goes off-brand.

You started this to build something
Not to be the single point of failure for every caption, every launch email, every product description. But right now the brand only works when you're in the room. And it's pulling you from product development, B2B deals and your next revenue bracket.
You're not behind
You're just ready for someone who sees the whole picture. When I left to build this, I wanted to take what I'd learned inside £100M+ brands and give it to the founders who needed it most… Women building the next category-defining brands, without VC money, without huge teams, without the bro-marketing playbook.

OUR ORIGIN STORY
Our founder was inside billion dollar brands
Kim spent years inside ASOS and Farfetch, sitting in the brand and commercial teams of billion £££ companies.
She knows what it looks like when a website converts at scale. How category-leading brands test campaigns, build positioning, and turn a landing page into a sales machine. She watched it happen from the inside, at the level most founders are trying to build toward.
She built For Good Club to do one thing: take what she learned inside those businesses and apply it to founders with a real story behind them. Brands with purpose beyond margin and market share.
THE JOURNEY THAT GOT YOU HERE
You've already tried to fix this
the agency
The ads agency drove traffic, reported on ROAS and when the numbers didn’t stack up, they blamed the website. The landing page wasn’t converting, the drop-off data was right there in the metrics, and somehow, it was never the agency’s problem to solve.
the freelancer
You hired a freelancer, maybe a CRO specialist who fixed some sections and made it look cleaner. Somewhere along the way, the reason you started this brand got buried under optimisation tweaks and someone else's template.
What they missed
They never actually found out who your customer is. None of these agencies mapped the emotional journey from cold scroll to loyal customer and worked backwards from there to your homepage, your product page, and your checkout. The website may have looked better, but the metrics didn't move. And you were left footing the bill and the blame.
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES
The Good Growth Method
We don't run small experiments or make tiny tweaks. We fix the whole journey.
Your DTC site is your highest converting sales channel, you’re not reliant on Amazon or lower margin sources.
Your positioning is solidified, your team has clear brand guidelines, and campaigns run without you in every thread.
Your customer journey converts from cold scroll to loyal repeat buyer, and every touchpoint is doing its job.
Your email flows work while you sleep. Welcome, abandoned cart, abandoned checkout - all built, live, and converting.
You relaunched like it was an event. Your community showed up, retailers took notice, and the brand finally matches the vision you've been carrying.
You can scale ad spend with confidence because the site is ready, the story is right, and the money stops leaking after the click.
You're back working on the business, in product development, B2B deals, toward your next revenue bracket.
