Process
We gave The Artisan Lab a conversion-first glow-up without losing the soul. We rewrote every product page to build trust, adding care tips, usage ideas, and real stories about the women behind the baskets. We restructured the homepage like a sales page, bringing mission and product discovery above the fold and making it scroll-stopping on mobile. Instead of ignoring the Zara comparison, we leaned in and reframed the price conversation with a bold side-by-side that positioned TAL as the better, values-driven choice. We turned passive collection pages into storytelling touchpoints with microcopy like "Made in Gisenyi" and "Crafted from sisal" to spark curiosity. And we showed shoppers how to style their pieces, weaving in UGC, video, and tips that made every product feel personal, lived-in, and full of intention.
