Process
Yogoody’s customer values gut health, nutrition, and convenience. We redesigned the site to reflect that- with a homepage focused on the Welcome Pack (the ideal starting point for new buyers), a new product page template, and a structure based on shopper intent, not just inventory. We identified three key customer types and designed the experience around how each one shops. We kept the brand warmth but introduced more confidence, showing the science, not just the vibe. The new site positions Yogoody as a category leader in probiotic nutrition with a clear message, transparent process, and a focus on results. We simplified the path to purchase with sticky mobile add-to-cart buttons, a visible shaker offer on the homepage, a fast, intuitive UX, and easy-to-access subscription and bundle options.


Results
